Lily Pulitzer has the best shorts for women. I love the Buttercup shorts. I literally own 5+ pairs of Buttercup shorts from Lily Pulitzer.
3. J. Crew
Any pair of jean shorts or white shorts from J. Crew tends to fit well and look great in my experience. I personally love the 4" Chino shorts from J. Crew.

Lulus doesn’t have a lot of white jean shorts, but they do sell quite a lot of super cute white shorts with a belt around the waist, as well as paper bag waist shorts.
